Surely, if we started a conversation (in the comments), one may argue that I'd "collected" or even "processed" the personal data of my counterpart, but the purpose was obviously for dialog, and the explicit consent for that type of "processing" was just as obvious, from both parties. I hope we're clear on this 🙂 |

| În ce priveşte faimoasele cookies, Ghost explică aici cum le foloseşte, iar Disqus aici şi Analytics aici. Deşi nu-s chiar ale mele, teoretic, aceste cookies îţi îmbunătăţesc experienţa de utilizator pe blogul meu. E de reţinut că, de la 25 mai 2018, nu mai folosesc niciun serviciu de profilare a utilizatorilor, pentru că nici din cel vechi nu înţelegeam nimic; din mai 2024, nu mai folosesc nici Disqus. De la 1 decembrie 2018, Google Analytics pretinde că analizează niște date, însă eu nu le înțeleg și nu le folosesc. Din câte înțeleg de aici, la 1 iulie 2024 intră în funcțiune Universal Analytics 360, altceva ce nu înțeleg și nu folosesc. |
In regards to cookies, here are the applicable rules and policies from Ghost, from Disqus and from Analytics. While they're no really mine, in theory, cookies enhance your user experience on my blog. Note that since 25 May 2018 I no longer employ user profiling services, as I never really understood how to use that information; in May 2024 I also stopped using Disqus. Since 1 December 2018, Google Analytics pretends to do something with that data, but I don't understand what, and I don't use it/them. As I gather from here, Universal Analytics 360 starts functioning on 1 July 2024; another thing I don't understand, and don't use. |
